December 21, 2017 109Many of our customers experience challenges with the control, monitoring and accountability of their valuable inventory. These customers had tedious, complex and time consuming methods of issuing items out of their inventory. When it came to crunch time a queue of persons were waiting for the Store's or Warehouse attendants to issue and account for items issued to particular employees, while others had no system at all. Precious man hours were being wasted while waiting for supplies leading to unproductively and increased cost. Working with them in a joint effort we explored may methods and systems of inventory control, a consensus was reached where we found industrial vending as the solution to the issues they faced.
