Sales & Marketing Representative
Job Brief
We are looking for a results driven Sales Rep to actively seek out and engage potential customers. You must be able to present, promote and sell the Company's products and services. Establish, develop and maintain business and customer relationships by frequent. Meet or exceed agreed upon Sales Targets within the specified time frames. Resolve customer problems and complaints to achieve maximum customer satisfaction. Analyse market trends and keep abreast of competition and potential for new products and services.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Sales, Marketing or a relevant field.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a Welding and/or Industrial Sales environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Customer Service Associate

Qualifications & Requirements

- Skills & Knowledge: Highly Customer Service oriented, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Warehouse Attendant
Job Brief
Warehouse Attendants control the flow of stock through a warehouse, monitoring goods in and out, safely and efficiently moving and handling items and keeping stock records. At our Group, Warehouse Attendants operate forklifts to handle products and warehouse materials. Arrange and organize products and materials in a warehouse. Inspect and verify products, materials and equipment before storing in warehouse. The Warehouse Associate performs warehouse duties and functions to support inventory integrity. Receiving and offloading inventory from suppliers, containers and other delivery vehicles. Order processing – picking, packing, staging, and shipping, and general maintenance and housekeeping duties to ensure a safe, clean, and orderly work environment.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum three (3) CSEC Subjects, with Mathematics and English as a compulsory requirement.
- Certificate in Computer Literacy
- Must be a certified and experienced forklift driver
- Possession of a recent Certificate of Character
- 1-2 years experience in Warehouse, Distribution and Retail environment
- Experience in Customer Service
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in teams
- Ability to lift heavy objects
- Ability to work overtime when requested
