Return of Items

Fifteen (15) days to return an item from the date it was received by the purchaser. 

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that it was received by the purchaser.

The item must be in the original packaging.

The item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.



Once SSL receives an item for refund, it will be inspected and the purchaser will be notify that SSL has received the returned item. SSL will immediately notify the purchaser on the status of the refund after inspecting the item.

If the returned item is approved for refund, SSL will initiate a refund to the purchaser’s credit card (or original method of payment).

The purchaser will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on their card issuer's policies.



The purchaser will be responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning item/s. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If the purchaser has received a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from their refund.

If the purchaser is not 100% satisfied with their purchase, they can return the product and get an exchange of the product for another one, be it similar or not.

Any product returned must be in the same condition it was received and in the original packaging. The receipt must also be kept.
