PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Copper coated DC pointed gouging carbon used for gouging out defective welds and cutting non-ferrous metals. Consistent copper coating insulates against side burn through, offers improved conductivity. Electrodes are 12 inch length.
Copper coating improves conductivity offering more efficient and cooler operation
Typical chemistry, 80% graphite and 20% copper
An electric arc is created which melts away the metal, uses compressed air to blow the molten metal out of the groove
