PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
The Washington Alloy WASH‑NI99532 ROD NI99 ENi‑CI 5/32″ is a premium high‑nickel stick welding electrode tailored for repairing and joining cast iron. Classified to AWS A5.15 ENi‑CI, its approximately 99 % nickel composition produces weld metal that is soft, ductile, and easily machinable, drillable, or tapped after welding — ideal for light‑ to medium‑duty cast iron repairs where minimal stress and maximum post‑weld finish are required. The electrode performs well in all positions using AC or DC+ current, and the welds closely match cast iron surfaces.
