On Friday, November 10th, 2023, Southern Supplies Limited radiated with festivity as they hosted an enthralling Divali program. The event, held at the company’s headquarters in San Fernando, unfolded in the car park, a vibrant setting that underscored the company's dedication to fostering community involvement and embracing diverse cultures through such cultural endeavors.

The company orchestrated a lively evening beginning at 6:00 PM, extending well into the night. Attendees, predominantly adorned in traditional Indian attire, were provided with ample seating to enjoy the entertainment provided on a specially arranged stage.

The event commenced with a spiritually enriching opening prayer by Pundit Shivanand Maharaj, followed by a compelling Divali message delivered by Mrs. Leela Vashantie Hosein. The stage then came alive with a series of captivating performances:

  • Instrumental music and soul-stirring Diwali Bhajans by the Sargam International Orchestra.
  • Enthralling dance performance featuring "ghar mora pardesiya."
  • Soulful Bhajans by Rana Mohip and Susan Mohip.
