The Hougen 17814 7/16″ × 1″ RotaLoc Plus™ Annular Cutter is a precision hole-making tool designed for use with Hougen magnetic drills such as the HMD130 and HMD150. Built from tough high-speed steel with stack-cut geometry, this cutter efficiently bores clean, burr-free holes up to 1″ deep through a variety of metals, including steel, aluminum, and other ferrous and non-ferrous materials. Its bayonet-style twist-lock shank enables rapid tool-less changes between cutter sizes, saving time on the job. This cutter requires a compatible pilot (such as part 17810) to guide the cutter and ensure precise hole location.
