The Irwin 60514 is a fractional, straight-shank, jobber-length twist drill bit made of high speed steel (HSS) with a bright (uncoated) finish. It is intended for general-purpose drilling tasks in materials such as wood, metal, and plastic. It uses the standard 118° point geometry. The “605 series” (which includes 60514) are standard general-purpose bits.
