This compact and lightweight 16" cordless saw can be used for sawing firewood, trimming and light felling. It has a higher torque (more power) due to the low speed of the chain. The chainsaw is equipped with automatic chain lubrication, ensuring a long life of the chain.

The DUC407 uses a gear reduction system to maximize the performance of the 0.61kW of Max output power provided by the Brushless motor. This delivers a max chain speed of 7.7m/s which allows the narrow 1.1mm chain to smoothly cut through hardwoods. Tool less chain tension adjustment makes replacing, loosening or tightening bars & chains a quick and easy job. The electric brake stops the chain quickly once the trigger is released and the lock off button helps to reduce the risk of unexpected start up.
