PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
RUBI PRO-EDGER 45 diamond grinding wheels allow high precision mitering of all types of ceramic tile, natural, artificial or sintered stone with thicknesses of up to 15 or 20 mm, dry, depending on the selected wheel model.
The range is made up of varied grinding wheels that always allow the best results to be obtained. All the wheels in the RUBI PRO-EDGER range present a union of the diamond grains by means of the vacuum brazed welding system that guarantees a high resistance of the diamond particle, as well as a high performance of the wheel.
The coarse grain of the TURBO TWIST wheel allows us to grind the edge of the material, more quickly, before giving the final finish with the use of a fine grain wheel.
Fine-grained wheels should be selected depending on the maximum thickness of the piece: 15 or 20 mm.
Correctly using the different granulometries will allow us to achieve that the worked surfaces are smooth and homogeneous. Obtaining the desired results and the best performance of our products.
All RUBI PRO-EDGER diamond grinding wheels are for exclusive use with the RUBI PRO-EDGER accessory for mini-grinders. It is recommended to use RUBI PRO-EDGER wheels at speeds between 9000 and 12000 rpm.
