PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
This Alemite 1823-1 giant button head grease fitting is suitable for a high-volume flow of lubricant. It is similar to a standard button head or Zerk fitting except that it is larger (7/8" diameter) to withstand rough usage and to help minimize breakage. It has trivalent zinc plating for resistance to corrosion. It has a 1/4" male National Pipe Taper Fuel (NPTF) connection for connecting to a lubrication system and a plunger check valve for excluding contaminants. The maximum operating pressure is 15,000 pounds per square inch (psi). This giant button head fitting is Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS) compliant and is suitable for use with heavy machinery and contractor's equipment.
