PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
This Alemite 1961-B straight, non-corrosive, nickel/copper alloy fitting has an overall length of 3/4" and a shank length of 5/16" with a hex size of 7/16" and a 1/8" PTF SAE Spl extra short end. The Monel (nickel/copper alloy) construction provides corrosion resistance that exceeds stainless steel. This fitting has an operating temperature range from subzero to 700 degrees F/371 degrees C, and is straight with no angle to it. Its 1/8" PTF (Pipe Thread Fuel) SAE Spl extra short threading is for industrial machines and heavy equipment, and it also has a check ball to keep dirt out. This grease fitting holds in lubrication in the assembly being lubricated and is used for applications such as lubricating motor vehicles, construction and industrial equipment, and aeronautics.
