The Milwaukee 2217-20 is a rugged, professional-grade digital multimeter designed for residential, commercial, and industrial electrical work. It has True RMS functionality to accurately measure AC signals of various shapes, includes Lo-Z (low impedance) mode to prevent ghost voltages, and is rated for CAT III 600 V safety.
