PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
DRYLOK 27513 is a 1‑gallon, latex‑based masonry waterproofer in white, formulated to seal concrete and masonry surfaces against water intrusion and moisture penetration. It’s designed for both interior and exterior use on above‑ or below‑grade walls, block, brick, stucco, foundations, basements, retaining walls, and other masonry surfaces. The ready‑mixed, low‑odor formula is easy to apply with brush, roller, or sprayer, and cleans up with soap and water. After two coats, it forms a durable, breathable, water‑resistant barrier — effective against seepage, radon‑gas vapor, and wind‑driven rain. Ideal for basements, block walls, concrete foundations or any masonry surfaces needing waterproof protection.
