The KITZ Swing Check Valve is a flanged, bolted cover valve designed to maintain unidirectional flow and automatically prevent backflow in piping systems. Manufactured from high-quality stainless steel (ASTM A351 CF8M) with raised face (RF) flanged ends, it offers excellent corrosion resistance and reliable performance in demanding industrial and corrosive service conditions. The swing-type disc operates automatically, opening under forward flow pressure and closing tightly against the seat when flow reverses, effectively protecting downstream equipment such as pumps and compressors.
This valve is fitted with Trim 10 internals, constructed entirely from stainless steel (CF8M), providing superior resistance to corrosion, oxidation, and chemical attack. Manufactured to stringent quality standards, it is well suited for applications involving water, oil, gas, and aggressive or corrosive media, including chemical processing environments.
