The 14-piece glass TIG cup kit provides a range of clear cups from size #4 to #12, along with necessary hardware like collets, collet bodies, and diffusers, for improved weld visibility and gas coverage.

#4 (1/4" or 6.5mm inside diameter).
#5 (5/16" or 8.0mm inside diameter).
#6 (3/8" or 9.5mm inside diameter).
#7 (7/16" or 11.0mm inside diameter).
#8 (1/2" or 12.5mm inside diameter).
#10 (5/8" or 16.0mm inside diameter).
#12 (13/16" or 20.0mm inside diameter).
Material: Primarily made of heat-resistant Pyrex (borosilicate) or tougher Quartz glass.
Compatibility: Designed to fit most standard WP-9, WP-20, WP-25, WP-17, WP-18, and WP-26 series TIG welding torches, often using stubby gas lens setups.
Maximum Current Rating (Quartz): According to Parweld, quartz cups have a maximum rating of 350A for DC TIG welding and 270A for AC TIG welding.
Gas Flow Efficiency: The included gas lens system (diffuser screens) can help save up to 40% of shielding gas consumption by providing a more consistent and wider gas coverage area.
