PRODUCT OVERVIEW:
E2209 is a designation for welding consumables tailored for duplex stainless steels, such as UNS S31803, S32205 and S32304. These materials are characterized by a balanced microstructure of austenite and ferrite, offering enhanced and strength and resistance to stress corrosion cracking compared to conventional austenitic stainless steels.
