PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
The Washington Alloy WASH‑SUPERB18 ROD TNSIWLD 1/8 M/SS HRDF is a 1/8″ diameter stainless steel TIG (GTAW) filler rod designed for joining austenitic stainless steels used in corrosion‑resistant fabrication. These rods are engineered to provide smooth arc characteristics, strong weld metal, and sustained corrosion resistance in environments like food processing, chemical equipment, marine systems, and pressure vessels. With typical stainless TIG filler chemistry, welds exhibit good mechanical strength, ductility, and resistance to intergranular corrosion when proper shielding gas and welding technique are used.
