PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
The OX-7018332 (Oxford Alloy) is a 3/32" diameter E7018 electrode, perfect for structural and maintenance welding where a smaller rod is needed for better control or thinner materials. This low-hydrogen, iron-powder electrode provides a fast-fill/fast-freeze weld pool, making it excellent for vertical-up and overhead welding positions. It delivers 70,000 psi tensile strength and is designed to produce high-quality, crack-resistant welds in high-sulfur or cold-rolled steels. The iron powder in the coating ensures high deposition rates and a smooth bead appearance. To maintain its critical low-hydrogen properties, this rod should be stored in a moisture-free environment or a rod oven.
