PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:

The WP-ER70S604533 is a high-quality, copper-coated solid MIG wire (GMAW) designed for all-position welding. The ER70S-6 classification is known for having the highest combination of manganese and silicon deoxidizers in the carbon steel wire family. This allows for a more fluid weld pool and a flatter bead profile with minimal spatter, even when welding over light mill scale or surface contaminants. It is the industrial standard for fabrication of pressure vessels, structural steel, and automotive repair. The 33 lb spool is precision layer-wound to ensure smooth feeding and reduced bird-nesting in high-production wire feeders.
