PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
The Hougen 10534 Pilot Pin is a precision accessory designed for use with older-style Hougen Rotabroach® 12000 Series annular cutters ranging from 1/2" to 11/16" in diameter. Installed inside the annular cutter, the pilot pin serves three critical functions: accurately locating the hole center, directing coolant to the cutting edges, and ejecting the slug after the cut is completed. This 2-inch depth-of-cut version is intended for deeper drilling applications commonly performed with magnetic drill systems.
