PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
The Washington Alloy WASH‑NI99332PC ROD NI99 ENi‑CI 3/32″ is a premium high‑nickel stick electrode engineered for the welding and repair of cast iron. Classified to AWS A5.15 ENi‑CI, its composition (approximately 99 % nickel) yields weld deposits that are soft, ductile, and easily machinable, drillable, or tap‑able after welding — ideal for precision repair work where cast iron components must be restored with minimal residual stress. The electrode also delivers a color match close to cast iron surface, making it preferred for visible repairs and joining cast iron to itself or to carbon/low‑alloy steels.
