WHL FLAP 3/4X3/4X1/4 120G
PRODUCT FEATURES:
Aluminum?oxide coated abrasive material
Firm flap construction — more flaps compared to some competitors, for consistent cutting and longer life.
Fan-style flap arrangement around the shank gives continuous contact and uniform abrasion.
1/4" shank — designed for die grinders and similar tools.
Compact size — 3/4" diameter by 3/4" width, ideal for tight or confined areas.
High maximum speed rating: up to 30,000 RPM.
120 grit (fine) — suited for finishing, light deburring, and polishing rather than aggressive material removal.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
The 37100 is a fine-grade mounted flap wheel optimized for precision finishing tasks. Its 3/4? diameter and width, combined with a 1/4? shank, let it access tight or recessed areas easily. The flaps are made of high-quality aluminum oxide and are arranged in a radial “fan” pattern to provide continuous, consistent abrasion. With 120-grit, this wheel is designed more for smoothing and blending than heavy stock removal. It’s rated for speeds up to 30,000?RPM and works well on a broad range of materials — from steel and aluminum to wood, glass, and plastic.
