National Centre for Persons with Disabilities Training Session

The National Centre for Persons with Disabilities (NCPD) is a charitable non-governmental organization (NGO) which promotes equalization of opportunities for persons with disabilities through training, advocacy, research and consultative services. NCPD has been working towards the vision of becoming a world class social enterprise promoting social inclusion for persons with disabilities over the past fifty-two (52) years.

NCPD requested the assistance of Safety Plus Limited, in providing a short Presentation to some of their amazing students, from their Woodworking and Welding Departments, so that they could be equipped with the pertinent knowledge needed to execute their tasks safely.

On Tuesday 9th September, 2016, our Group HSE Officer and SPL’s resident HSE Officer, visited the Centre, and conducted a short Training Session, with the Team.

We would like to thank the Management and Staff of NCPD, especially Ms. Dainelle Mc Clean and Dr. Beverly Beckles for inviting us to facilitate such an important awareness session and continue to wish you the best in your future endeavors. You are doing an exceptional job! The students are really lucky to have such a caring and hardworking team.

Finally, we want to give the GRANDEST APPLAUSE possible to the participants of the class, who were very attentive, interactive and are TRUE SUPERSTARS!!
